Swine Flu Not Registered in Azerbaijan - Ministry of Health
Baku / 07.01.19 / Turan: There have been no cases of human infection with "swine flu", the press service of the Ministry of Health reported.
According to the same source, the laboratory of the Republican Anti-Plague Station received more than 850 samples with signs of contagious lung diseases in patients. None of them detected swine flu virus.
For hospitalization of patients with severe flu, special boxes are set aside at the Research Institute of Lung Diseases. In addition, special wards are prepared at the Clinical Medical Center No. 1 and the Children's Infectious Diseases Hospital No. 7.
Along with this, thermo indicators have been installed at border crossing points to identify patients with elevated temperature.
It should be noted that several deaths of people from swine flu were recorded in neighboring Georgia. -06D--

A fire has erupted at the Experimental and Testing Production of the Scientific Research Institute of SOCAR (the state oil company) in the Surakhani district of Baku, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
