The Audiovisual Council warns the Muz TV channel
Baku/30.06.22/Turan: The Audiovisual Council issued a warning to the satellite TV channel "Muz TV" for unethical expressions on the air.
Thus, on June 25, in the program “MTV maqazin”, which aired at 12.00-13.00, the interviewed singer made unethical expressions regarding divorced women, discriminating them on the basis of gender.
The Audiovisual Council saw this as a violation of Article 14.1.4 of the media law, which prohibits propaganda of racial, religious, ethnic, social and other discrimination.
In the event of a repetition of such a violation, more severe administrative sanctions will be applied against the TV channel. --16d--
