Baku/05.10.22/Turan: The executive power of Baku refused to authorise the picket of the Party of Democracy and Welfare in front of the Russian embassy on October 7, the head of the party Gubad Ibadoglu announced.
According to him, the participants intended to demand the "withdrawal of the occupying Russian army" from Karabakh, under the guise of peacekeeping forces.
Ibadoglu called the decision of the city authorities illegal and violates freedom of assembly. "Therefore, despite the mayor's refusal, the party will hold a picket in front of the Russian embassy," he wrote on his Facebook page. --16В--
