The Bar does not comment on the complaint against its member
Baku / 11.12.19 / Turan: The Bar Association confirmed the information about the complaint against the lawyer Elchin Sadigov and its consideration in the disciplinary commission.
Employe of the Presidium of the Board, Sanan Shirinov, told Turan that he could not disclose information about the author of the complaint and its contents. “Members of the disciplinary commission and the lawyer are aware of this,” said Shirinov.
Earlier, lawyer Sadigov said that the complaint was filed by First Deputy Prosecutor General Rustam Usubov. The complaint was filed on Sadigov’s status on Facebook, where he stated his personal opinion about the intentional run-in on human rights activist Ogtay Gyulalyev.
The prosecutor’s office did not comment on the fact of Usubov’s complaint against the lawyer. –21В-
