The Court of Appeal dismissed the appeal of Abulfaz Sadigbeyli
Baku/25.04.19/Turan: Today the he Baku Court of Appeal upheld the sentence of Abulfaz Sadigbeyli, the head of the youth organization of the Musavat party, who was sentenced to 1 year and 11 months of restriction of freedom conditionally Sadigbeyli told Turan.
Sadigbeyli was arrested on November 21, 2018 on charges of fraud by collusion with a group of individuals and using fake documents. He was charged with forging a certificate from the Nikoil bank about repayment of the loan. However, it was documented at the trial that the loan was repaid. On March 6, the Garadagh court sentenced him to 1 year and 11 months of restriction of freedom conditionally, freeing him in the courtroom. -06D--
