The head of village administration in Sheki beats a local resident
A resident of the village of Kish, Rasim Isagov, was beaten today by the head of executive power. According to Turan correspondent, a representative of the executive power of the village of Kish, Murvat Yusifov was making a report over 2012 in front of local residents.
Isagov offered to discuss the real problems of the population, and that caused anger of Yusifov, and together with his brother, they beat the young man, and gave him a black eye.
