The prosecutor proposed to condemn the former head of Jalilabad for 13 years
Baku/03.06.22/Turan: On Friday, the judicial investigation in the case of the former head of the Executive Power of the Jalilabad region Namig Zeynalov is being completed.
At today's meeting in the Lankaran Serious Crimes Court, the state prosecutor proposed to sentence him to 13 years in prison.
According to the prosecutor, the investigation fully proved the fact of embezzlement, bribery and official forgery. The defense disagreed with the public prosecutor. The lawyers asked for time to prepare for the final speech. The process will continue on June 10.
Zeynalov was arrested during a special operation by the State Security Service in December 2020. –16В-
