Several hundred villagers Xachmaz Oguz today expressed his displeasure social issues in a meeting with the head of the district, who arrived for a meeting with them in the village.
As conveyed regional correspondent Turan, residents complained about unemployment, bad roads, corruption, social workers, a ban on felling of trees in the woods. All these problems make life intolerable in the village where there are no other sources of income.
The head of the district promised to take steps to address the issues raised. Residents are again reiterated that, if the situation without changes, they will block traffic on the highway Gabala-Sheki.

On January 29, municipal elections were held in Azerbaijan, with over 16,000 candidates participating across 118 constituencies. The Central Election Commission (CEC) has already announced the names of the leading candidates on its website.
