The search for the missing mountaineers lasts the third month
Baku /28.03.18/Turan: On the high plateau of Shahaylag search for three climbers who disappeared at the end of December last year are ongoing. Members of the federation of extreme sports - Namin Bunyatov, Farida Jebrailzade, and Babur Huseynov disappeared near the top of Tfan, and apparently got under an avalanche. On March 28, the Emergency Ministry of Azerbaijan hosted an operational meeting on this issue with the participation of the leaders of the rescue teams involved in the search. It was noted that the height of the snow cover in the alleged site of the loss of climbers is so high that the instruments for scanning the terrain (RECCOR) cannot detect the bodies of climbers. According to experienced climbers who are well aware of the place of the tragedy, snow in the specified place will melt only in the end of summer and it is unlikely to find those missing before the indicated time. -16D-
