The trial in the case of the chairman of the party
Baku/10.01.18/Turan:Today, January 10, the Baku Serious Crimes Court began the trial of the case of the chairman of the United Communist Party of Azerbaijan, Musa Tukanov, who is also the deputy chairman of the Society of the Deaf. The court did not release Tukanov from the arrest, his son Akif Tukanov reported. That is, the court did not grant the defense's petition for his release from prison because of health problems, disability, in addition, Tukanov is a veteran of the war.

The Binagdy court authorized the arrest of Musa Tukanov on charges of bribery (Article 311) of the Criminal Code and elected arrest against him. The Unified Communist Party of Azerbaijan was established in 1993 by Sayad Sayadov. Subsequently, the split occurred in the party, the part that split off from the party was headed by Musa Tukanov, although they party has never been registered by state.
