Baku/04.11.21/Turan: In recent days, three violators were detained at the Azerbaijani-Iranian border. According to the report of the State Border Service of Azerbaijan (SBS), distributed today, on October 29, at about 11.10 am, Azerbaijani citizen Israil Rustamov was detained; he tried to illegally cross the border towards Iran near the Gazakhlar village of the Fizuli region.
On the same day, at 21.30, a package was found near the Sarhanly village of the Jalilabad region. During the search, 12kg were removed from it. 635 g drug-like drugs. On October 30, two citizens of Azerbaijan, Mehman Farmanli and Tarlan Sadigov, were detained while trying to illegally cross the border in the direction of Iran near the village of Boyuk Bahmanli in the Fizuli region.
In addition, on October 31, near the village of Vtoroe Shikhly, Gazakh region, a barrel was found in the Kura River, on which 20 boxes (339 blocks) of Demi Wolf cigarettes were being smuggled from Georgia to Azerbaijan.
