Tractor driver injured after being blown up by a mine in Shusha region
Baku/22.09.23/Turan: Today, a civilian was injured during the construction of a road in the village of Khalfali, Fizuli region, returned to the control of the Azerbaijani Army as a result of a mine explosion.
Thus, a tractor driven by a civilian born in 1965 hit a mine in an uncleaned area, according to a joint statement by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan and the National Agency for Mine Clearance (ANAMA).
"As a result, the tractor driver was slightly injured, there is no life-threatening," the press release further notes.
According to the official data of the Azerbaijani government, after the end of the 44-day war in 2020 until today, 314 Azerbaijani residents became victims of the explosion of mines and unexploded ordnance, including 61 people were killed, 253 were injured. ---16B---
