Traffic police urge drivers to be cautious
The traffic police of the capital called drivers and pedestrians to observe precautionary measures due to the snowy and frosty weather.
Police urged drivers not to use cars without extreme need and use public transport instead.
When using personal vehicles they are supposed to establish RV season tires and chains, and reduce the pressure below normal.
It is also recommended not to exceed the speed, to be attentive to the tripping, to switch on "neighbor' lights, and keep clean plates.
