Two AZTV Sports Commentators Contracted COVID-19
Baku / 06.07.20 / Turan: Two employees of Azerbaijan’s state television - Fikret Adygezalov and Rovshan Binnatli are infected with COVID-19.
They both worked on the sports channel Idman Azerbaijan and are known for television coverage of sports competitions.
The AZTV Public Relations Department confirmed that tests by Adygezalov and Binnatli gave a positive result and they were hospitalized.
The channel’s employees were transferred to shift work. Since the beginning of the pandemic, the number of employees joining the work has been reduced from 3 thousand to 1 thousand, and the last few days it was even smaller.
Two state television employees died from coronavirus last week. –06D-
