A criminal case has been filed upon the death of two oilmen at the Taghiyev oil and gas extraction department (OGED) owned by the state oil company SOCAR.
As stated in the Prosecutor's Office of Baku, June 18 at 12 pm on the territory of the 5th section of the OGED there was an explosion at the time of gas welding works. As a result, the welders Zakir Aliyev and Dmitry Baranov were killed.
The criminal case was filed under Article 223.2 (violation of safety rules). The examination is conducted. -16D-
