Two residents of Agjabedi detained on suspicion of drug trafficking
Baku /17.04.23 /Turan: In Agjabedi, police officers detained two drug dealers - previously convicted Dayanat Najafov and Gadir Mammadov.
Packages with heroin and methamphetamine, which Najasfov received from Mammadov, were seized, the press service of the Interior Ministry of Azerbaijan reported,
During the search of Mammadov's apartment, a large batch of drugs was found and seized - 1 kilogram of 675 grams of heroin and 325 grams of methamphetamine.
Mammadov testified that he purchased drugs from an Iranian citizen under the conditional name "Peyman", with whom he established contacts through social networks. Proceedings have been initiated against these persons and they have been arrested. Investigation is ongoing into the fact. -06B-
