People's Artist Agadadash Agayev has been charged with hooliganism with the use of weapons, Article 221.3 of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan. A similar charge was brought against the guard of the clinic where the incident occurred.

The military prosecutor's office has arrested Samir Haziyev, the commander of one of the military units stationed in Nakhchivan.
