Until September 16 the temperature in Azerbaijan will rise by 2-3 degrees, according to weather forecasters.
September 14 in Baku and Absheron will rain, north wind will blow, giving way to the southeast one. The temperature will stand at +18 +21, +25 +29 degrees in the afternoon.
The water temperature at Absheron beaches will range from 22 to 25 degrees.
In regions of the country on September 14 and later there will be rain, but in the evening and night hours in some upland areas it will be sunny.
In the morning in some places fog is possible and a wind will blow. The air temperature at night will be +17 +22 and +24 +29 degrees in the afternoon.
In the mountains at night it will be +7 +12 and +18 +23 degrees in the afternoon. -03D04-

The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) has not been invited to observe the parliamentary elections scheduled in Azerbaijan for September 1. Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry spokesperson, Aykhan Hacizade, stated that invitations have been sent to seven international organizations: the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights, the Commonwealth of Independent States, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, GUAM, the Non-Aligned Movement Youth Organization, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, and the Organization of Turkic States.

A new group of migrants from the Garadagh district of Baku has arrived in the city of Shusha, the State Committee for Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons reported. Seventy-nine Shusha residents, comprising 21 families, have returned to their hometown.

Bahram Nuriyev, chairman of the Gabala branch of the public association "Young Gazis" (Young volunteers) and a participant in the Second Karabakh War, attempted suicide on Sunday, according to a statement from the association. Nuriyev reportedly shot himself with a firearm, protesting against what he claimed was untimely and inadequate medical treatment, which led to severe psychological distress.
