Why is the Ministry of Environment lying?
When in social networks were posted photos and videos, in which the citizens of the Arab countries hunted in the territory of Azerbaijan, the mass firing and catching animals and birds, the Ministry of Environment again stated that it knows nothing about it stop cooperation with companies, organizing hunting tours for unscrupulous foreign tourists.
Further, the agency argues that it examined the materials of the unethical behavior of foreign tourists in Azerbaijan, finding that some of them were taken in other countries.
Further, the Ministry of Environment says that it is "a supporter of restrictions hunting activities, but local and foreign hunters insist on exercising their rights."
Justifying its helplessness, Ecology Ministry further states that on pictures do not present species of animals and birds listed in the "Red Book", and that the mass killing of animals in the photo does not mean that the quota is exceeded and it is necessary to conduct a serious investigation.
It follows from the foregoing that the Ministry of Environment is unable to control the foreigners, suiting the massacre in Azerbaijan, but the inspectors of the Ministry punish hundreds of local citizens for the violation of hunting rules.
Employees of the Ministry of Environment should also often look in the Red Book and better study zoology. Otherwise, they would not have to lie. Thus, several photos published by Arab hunters shows at least three species of birds, the hunting of which is prohibited: this Little Bustard (bəzgək), Ogar (angut) and shelduck (ala ördək).
This situation is not surprising against the background of the fact that recently employees of Shirvan reserve, the Ministry of Environment staff were prosecuted for illegal hunting gazelles. Apparently in the Ministry of Environment think that these animals are not included in the Red Book. -02D-
