Windy, rainy weather is expected on Sunday
Baku/15.07.23/Turan: On Sunday, July 16, partly cloudy weather is expected in Baku and on the Absheron Peninsula, cloudy at times, mostly in the morning and in the evening, light rain will pass in places; periodically rising north-western wind will blow. Air temperature will be +20 +25° at night, +26 +30° during the day, the National Hydrometeorological Service reports.
Windy weather is also expected on the beaches of Absheron. The sea water temperature on the northern beaches (Sumgaiyit, Novkhany, Pirshagi, Nardaran, Bilgya, Zagulba) will be +25 +26 °, on the southern beaches (Turkyan, Govsan, Sahil, Shikh) - +26 +28 °.
As for weather in the regions, starting from the northern and western regions of Azerbaijan, rains, thunderstorms, sometimes intense downpours, hail is likely. Fog is possible at night and in the morning in some areas. Rising western wind will blow from time to time.
Air temperature will be +19 +23° at night, +26 +31° during the day, +10 +15° is expected in the mountains at night, +15 +20° in the afternoon. -06B-

The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) has not been invited to observe the parliamentary elections scheduled in Azerbaijan for September 1. Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry spokesperson, Aykhan Hacizade, stated that invitations have been sent to seven international organizations: the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights, the Commonwealth of Independent States, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, GUAM, the Non-Aligned Movement Youth Organization, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, and the Organization of Turkic States.
