On a quiet morning in early September, a social media storm erupted in Azerbaijan. Farid Pardaşunas, a member of the Board of the Press Council, publicly accused Wikipedia contributors of removing thousands of articles about martyrs who had died in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
