The head of Dagestan Ramazan Abdulatipov starts his visit to Baku today. The purpose of the trip is participation in the Days of Culture of Dagestan in Azerbaijan, which will be held on 12-13 May.
According to the site of the head of Dagestan, in the framework of the visit Abdulatipov will hold a meeting with the Minister of Economy of Azerbaijan Shahin Abdullayev, where there will be a presentation of the investment and tourism potential of Dagestan and an exhibition of wine and brandy from the Dagestan enterprises. As a result it is expected to sign a document on cooperation.
There will also be a meeting with the Azerbaijani Parliament leaders. Within the framework of the Days of Culture in the Heydar Aliyev Palace there will be an exhibition Art of the Peoples of Dagestan and the official opening.
On May 13 the Dagestan delegation will leave for Khachmaz and Gusar, where concerts and performances of representatives of Dagestan’s art will be arranged. -02D-
