New Edition of M.E. Rasulzadeh
Baku / 25.12.19 / Turan: In connection with the 65th anniversary of the death of the founder of the Azerbaijan Republic, Mammad Emin Rasulzadeh, KitabKlubu published his book “On Pan-Turanism. In connection with the Caucasian problem."
The publication is a facsimile of the book in Russian, published in Paris in 1930 by the Caucasus Independence Committee, as well as its translation into Azerbaijani with notes and comments.
This work by Rasulzadeh was a kind of response to the opus of Zarevand (Zaven and Vartui Nalbandyan) “Turkey and Pan-Turanism” with slander and attacks on Anatolian and Azerbaijani Turks.
In his work, Rasulzadeh refutes the “arguments” of Zarevand. The publication of this opus by Zarevand in mass circulation in Russia, Iran, and even Turkey in the recent years makes the reprinting of the book by Rasulzadeh even more relevant.
The publication contains two articles - “Slavery to Russia” and “Neither “manure” nor “material”, as well as the report “Pan-Turanism and the Caucasus Problem” made to representatives of the Caucasian, Ukrainian and Turkestan political emigration in March 1930. -02B-
