Seven-day Novruz Festival to Be Held in Baku
From March 20 to 26, 2017, the Novruz Festival will be held in Baku, organized by the National Bureau of Tourism Promotion.
In the square named after Sabir within seven days there will be festive concerts with participation of more than 40 collectives from different regions of Azerbaijan and other popular performers.
Artisans will present their works and culinary specialists will treat guests with dishes of national cuisine. Athletes, acrobats and magicians will entertain those who come to the feast.
A special presentation will be dedicated to the Karabakh steed.
The National Bureau of Tourism Promotion invites residents of the capital and guests of Baku to take part in the festive event.
According to the decree of the Head of State of December 27, 2016, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism established the legal entity of public law National Bureau of Tourism Promotion, designed to ensure the growth and recognition at the international level of the country's tourism potential. -0-

Ahmet Güneştekin answered questions from Turan Information Agency a few days after the opening of his solo exhibition, Lost Alphabet, held in the 8,000-square-meter indoor halls of the Feshane Cultural Center, managed by the Istanbul Municipality. The exhibition, inaugurated by Istanbul Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu, will remain open until July 20.
