8 new companies established in liberated territories

Azerbaijan's retail trade turnover increased by 3.3% in real terms during the first four months of this year, reaching 17 billion manats, compared to 16.4 billion manats in the same period of 2023, according to official statistics.

Tbilisi is hosting the 7th meeting of ministers from Azerbaijan, Georgia, Romania, and Hungary to accelerate the implementation of the "Agreement on Strategic Partnership in the Development and Transfer of Green Energy," signed by the four nations. Speaking at the GSMA M360 Eurasia 2024 international conference in Baku, Mochu emphasized the rapid growth of the digital economy, which she noted has expanded 2.5 times faster than the physical GDP over the past decade.

The 17th Azerbaijan International Exhibition "Agriculture" – Caspian Agro, and the 29th Azerbaijan International Exhibition "Food Industry" – InterFood Azerbaijan, have officially opened in Baku. This year's events bring together key players in the agro-industrial complex, with a diverse array of domestic and international experts, importers, exporters, distributors, and representatives from wholesale and retail trade sectors. The exhibitions attract thousands of professional visitors, including a substantial number of farmers.
