A Group Increases Authorized Capital
The authorized capital of the insurance company A Group will grow by almost 10% to 8 million 5.75 thousand manat.
Yesterday the State Securities Committee (SSC) registered the next issue prospectus of its shares. Increase in the share capital will be carried out by converting the nominal value of the securities. In particular, the face value will increase from 943 AZN to 1,033 manat per security (a total of 7.75 thousand units).
JSC A Group with a registered capital of 7 million 308.25 thousand manat has been operating in the insurance market since 1996. The company provides services on 14 types of voluntary insurance .-- 17D-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
