Accord Corporation Combines Two of Its Commercial Entities
LLC Accord Beton has announced a merger with LLC Gazakh Cement Zavodu - another subsidiary of the Corporation Accord. The process is in the framework of the memorandum on participation of the company Heidelberg Cement AG (Germany) in the Gazakh cement plant.
The memorandum between JSC Construction and Industrial Investment Corporation Accord and JSC Heidelberg Cement AG was signed in June this year. The document provides an equal share of the German company in LLC Gazakh Cement Zavodu, as well as the acquisition of the 25% Accord equity in the enterprises of Heidelberg Cement AG in Georgia. In this country, there are three companies with capital of the German cement and concrete producer.
Note that according to the Ministry of Taxes, Gazakh cement plant has changed the legal name of the company to HGC Group. The authorized capital of the company after the merger with the company Accord Beton has reached 9 million 819.2 thousand manats. In 2010-2013, Accord Corporation invested 225 million mantas in the construction of a cement factory. The plant's capacity is 1 million tons per year.
Ltd. Accord Beton has been operating since 2005. It includes 9 concrete plants and 4 sand and gravel quarries. -----08B
