Additional issue to make TuranBank closer to the requirement of CBA
JSC TuranBank has started placing additional shares to 3,000,386 manat.
According to the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), which is conducted at the site of placement, this will increase the authorized capital of the bank by 6.8% - up to 47,000,540 manats.
According to BSE, the securities are included in the quotation list Exchange. Additional issue is divided into 2773 shares with par value of 1,082 manat.
Placement of shares this issue should be completed August 31, 2014. Underwriter of the transaction is LLC Chelsea Capital.
The authorized capital of the bank is yet 44,000,154 manats. The AR Central Bank’s requirement is bringing the capital to 50 million manat. - 17D-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
