By August 11 change of the shareholders of the insurance company Chartis Azerbaijan is possible. Delay of the general meeting of the holders of financial structure is associated with the departure of the main shareholder from the local market.
As stated in the company, at the annual general meeting on August 11 they will discuss the results of last year's activities will be approved financial statements for 2013.
Chartis Azerbaijan completed 2013 with a loss of 154,858 manat with AZN 927,610 in premiums and payments of 412,840 manat. In January-May this year, its work was par - premiums totaled 39 200 AZN and payments were 272 AZN.
The authorized capital of the company is 6,786,500 manat, which allows it to continue the activities on the Ministry of Finance license. - 17D-
