AIA Trying to Mitigate Differences between Insurers and Clients
The differences between insurers and clients in determining the value of the insured vehicle in the coming years, the insurance rate, the insurance amount to be returned to the insurer in the cancellation of the contract have led to a detailed discussion in the Committee on Voluntary Insurance of the Azerbaijan Insurers Association (AIA) .
Experts intend to make changes to the "Rules for full car insurance of individuals," said the report. In particular, they discussed the insured amount and long-term contracts (for more than 1 year) in the framework of the rules. The discussion will involve underwriters and assessors, so that the view was detailed.
AIA was established in December 2006. The main objective is ensuring the development of the insurance market of Azerbaijan, as well as the unanimous performance of insurance companies in the discussion of the problems and prospects of the insurance market. --17D-
