AMF bonds placed at traditionally high demand
Auction on placement of interest, non-documentary registered secured bonds of the Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund (AMF) in the amount of AZN 3 million on 15 January 2012 on the BSE.
Ten-year securities were offered for sale at the current price of 100.15%. At the stated amount of bonds to AZN 3 million demand for them on the part of one of the applicant exceeded 29.9 bn at face value. Total volume of bonds for the auction was fully invested.
The prospectus registered bonds of the fund for a total amount of 40 million manat was registered by the State Committee for Securities on Friday. The nominal price of a bond is equal to 1 000 manats, the interest rate of 3% per annum, maturity date - November 6, 2022-year. Today posted 15% (3 million manat) of this emission.
In 2009-2012 Mortgage Fund placed five issues for AZN 55 million, AZN 75 million, AZN 60 million, AZN 20 million and AZN 30 million manat each. - 15D -
