Amrah Bank Stops Sale of Foreign Currency
One of the most popular banks in foreign exchange, Amrah Bank has suddenly stopped realization of foreign exchange.
The customers are denied to acquire the dollar and the euro.
However, the bank denied the information, saying that the bank did not stop and did not impose any restrictions in the currency market. It said that the problem may be associated only with the cash in a particular branch of the bank.
Note that, according to the official rate of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan on 16 November, the dollar was 1.7039 AZN. According to the official website of Amrah Bank, clients buy dollars for AZN 1.7620 and sell them for AZN 1.7720. ---71D

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
