Shares of "Amrahbank" for a total of 2.55 million manat are available on the BSE.
Issue of 51,383 ordinary registered non-documentary shares of AZN 100 passed state registration in October 2012. Underwriting services were provided by Chelsea Capital LLC.
According to the Exchange, all the shares were sold in a single transaction (one investor). Today posted 49.6% of the announced issue. According to the legislation issue is held in case of placing half of it.
Paid-up share capital of the bank, thus, reached 17.26 million manat. Amrahbank-and shareholders are 4 individuals and one entity. -15V -
