An ice cream maker became company with a capital of 11.5 million manat
One of the leading manufacturers of ice cream in Azerbaijan, AER has transformed into JSC AER Company. The State Committee for Securities registered the May 1 issue prospectus of the company, which will be placed through closed subscription.
The company was established 15 years ago in the city of Sumgait by three brothers, Adil, Elshan and Rovshan displaced from the Zangelan region. They started with the retail trade and in 2007 bought in Europe and modern equipment for the production of ice cream on the basis of technology Tetra Pak. During this time, the brothers expanded the business on the territory of Azerbaijan, made ice cream exports to Georgia and open a branch in Kazakhstan. The company is also a manufacturer of bread.
In 2011, the Ministry of Economic Development conducted a check of an industrial activity scandalous "AER". Identified weaknesses in the product, imposed a heavy fine and even arrested the director of the firm.
JSC AER Company was founded on a background of failure of many famous and lesser-known companies in Azerbaijan joint-stock form of governance. In JSC AER Company they did not comment for Turan on the reason for this decision. As a rule, the share type is used in attracting a strategic investor. - 08B-
