Apartments from the state budget provided to additional 25 military men
At the 10 October meeting chaired by the Minister of Finance Samir Sharifov, it was decided to provide flats for 25 members of the armed forces of Azerbaijan. The state will purchase apartments in Baku and Nakhchivan for them.
The Finance Ministry told Turan the commission established in December 2011 by presidential decree adopted a decision on the provision of apartments to 462 soldiers. To date, 213 apartments were given to them.
According to the criteria apartments are provided in turn to military men who impeccably served for 20 years. In taking on the account priority is given to those who served in frontline areas or were wounded in battle. 08D

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
