AtaBank Issued AMF Mortgage Loans at 4.26 Million Manat in 2013
The commercial bank AtaBank from early this year as an agent of the Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund (AMF) issued 106 mortgage loans.
As reported by the bank, the total amount of the loans granted, both ordinary and on concession, exceeded 4 260 830 manat. The average age of citizens who received an average of 40 000 manat loan was 25-35 years old, and the average price of apartments, taken an average of 25 years , was 65 000 manats.
It should be noted that AtaBank is a member of the AMF since 2006. AtaBank has issued more than 487 mortgage loans, of which approximately 398 account for regular and about 89 for other loans.
AtaBank has 22 branches. Of these, 12 are located in Baku and 12 in Ganja , Sumgait, Khachmaz , Yevlakh , Mingachevir , Shamkir , Goychay , Shirvan, Lankaran and Naftalan. -15D -
