Authorized Capital of A-Group to Rise to 5.4 Million Manat
Insurance Company A-Group plans to increase the authorized share capital from 4 million 719.75 thousand AZN to 5 million 400.2 thsd AZN (+12.6%).
According to the State Securities Committee (SSC) that registered the issue prospectus, the shareholders decided to use the conversion method, bringing the nominal value of each of the 7 thousand 750 shares from 609 to 696.8 manat.
The insurance company began operations in 1995 and provides services on 17 types of insurance.
The founders of the company are PhD, President of Medi Club Sabir Adnayev and two other individuals.
The company is a leader for many years in the collection of premiums and payment of medical insurance.
The paid-up share capital of A-Group is 4 million 719.75 thousand manat. - 17D -
