
Authorized Capital of Central Bank Increased to 500 Million Manats
From today, the authorized capital of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan Republic (CBA) is 500 million AZN. The corresponding decree of President of Azerbaijan regards the amendments to the Law "On the Central Bank".
Also, the changes are relating to Article 5 of the law providing for the expansion of the functions of the CBA, which has the right to calculate the consolidated foreign debt (public and private sectors), the international investment balance, a synthesis of such information and its dissemination.
Recall, the authorized capital of the Central Bank amounts to 10 million manats. --17D-
