Authorized Capital of JSC Nikoil Bank to Be Increased by AZN 150 Million
Baku / 23.09.2016 / Turan: The authorized capital of JSC Nikoil Bank will be increased up to AZN 184.5 million, a source in the Financial Markets Supervision House (FMSH) reported.
Increase in the authorized capital will be held within the framework of the banking sector rehabilitation program run by FMSH of Azerbaijan.
‘The authorized capital of Nikoil Bank will be increased by 150 million manats, including the previously announced 60 million manats. In this regard, an agreement has already been signed between FMSH and the main investor of the bank, Topaz Investment,’ the source in FMSH said.
Earlier, at a meeting of the bank’s shareholders it was decided to increase the bank’s authorized capital by 60 million manats. --------71D
