Azer-Turk Banki Proceeds to Most Recent Issuance of Shares
BAKU/23.10.13/TURAN : Commercial Bank Azer-Turk Banki starts from October 23 this year to accommodate 1,204,410 ordinary registered non-documentary shares of 1 manat , the Baku Stock Exchange said.
Issue of shares included in the quotation list of the exchange. According to the prospectus , placement will be held by the mass demand.
Underwriter of the stock is the brokerage company Chelsea Capital.-15D-
