Azerbaijan exports oil products at average price of $738 per ton
According to the meters of the Azerbaijan State Customs Committee, from January to November 2013 Azerbaijan exported 1,486,000 tons of oil products.
According to the Customs Committee, during this period export of oil products totaled $1,097,000,000. This means that 1 ton of oil product was exported at an average price of $738.
Oil products export dropped by 9.64% in rice equivalent against the same period last year. Oil products constituted 4.99% in total volume of export. During 2012 Azerbaijan exported 1,614,000 tons of oil products. Last year oil products were exported to the amount of $1,321,000,000. Oil products export decreased by 370,000 against 2011.

In recent days, there have been claims that bread prices in Azerbaijan have risen. Social media users report that the price of bread has increased by 5-10 qepiks. According to consumer complaints, it is difficult to find weight information on factory-produced bread, commonly known as "zavod çörəyi" in Azerbaijan. In many cases, bread packaging does not include weight details. Similarly, bread sold at smaller bakeries and tandir houses often lacks information apart from the price.
