Azerbaijan to accept Industrial Development Programme for 2015-2020
The Azerbaijan State Program will be accepted on the development of industry in 2015-2020. This is provided by the signed decree of the Azerbaijani President to declare 2014 the Year of Industry in Azerbaijan.
Under the decree, the Ministry of Economy and Industry is in charge of preparing and presenting the head of state an action plan in connection with the 2014 Year of Industry ad in a month.
The Year of Industry ad and development of the state program are due to the need of industrial upgrading and diversification of non-oil industry, involving in economic circulation of available natural and economic resources, creating along with traditional industries manufacturing of new priority areas in industrial parks, increase in the regional industrial capacity, and the development of industry based on innovation. -06D -
