Azerbaijani insurance market for the year strengthened by 130 million manats

As expected, the insurance company "Pasha Sigorta" on the end of last year was the "champion" of the local market, the efforts of the season in more than 4 times. She has, according to official data from the State Insurance Supervision Service, 46,687,890 manats or seventh (13.63%) of all local insurance premiums.

As expected, the second place of "AzSigorta" (39,797,150 AZN) and third place of "Ateshgah" (37,812,720 manats). Other participants, though scored enough millions to strengthen capitalization, were not even close to the leading quartet.

So, "Standard Insurance" won 21,314,320 manats, settling in the 5th place, and the sixth "AXA Mbask" collected 17,697,580 manats. It is noteworthy that a permanent member of the "club of ten" became "Ateshgah Hayat" - the best life insurance company with the current result of 15,757,920 manats. Last year, it was the 9th in the list and this year it was the 7th.

Always stable (gaining 10 million and above) International Insurance Company in the past year has gathered AZN 14,780,690, setting a personal record, but if the past would be enough for the bronze and silver lines, even in the final table, now this result earned her eighth position.

Another life insurer ("Pasha Hayat Sigorta") is on the second season of existence broke into the elite with 14,696,540 manats premiums, indicating considerable potential. Health insurers have recognized "A-Qroup" 13,944,990 manats and also a personal record in the downgrade in the overall rankings.

It paid 22,871,560 manats (about 24.37% of the market) on claims, the secret of which is the social orientation of the majority of its corporate contracts - so, in the beginning of last year, the state oil company donated it to AZN 20 million for health insurance group.

After the leader came AzerSigorta - 11,771,920 manats, "Ateshgah" - 9,429,780 manats, and "International Insurance Company" - 6,432,100 manats. You can also note 6,060,380 manats at physicians from "A-Group", 5,867,940 manats at AXA Mbask and 5,337,777 manats at "Standard Insurance".

In addition to them in the top ten contributors there were "Ateshgah Hayat" (3,719,980 manats), "AzSigorta" (3,656,540 manat) and "AtaSigorta" (2,608,310 manat).

Aggregate payments to local insurers last year totaled 93,860,880 manats.- 17D-
