Azercell Express offices now more modern and comfortable
Celebrating its 19th birthday Azerbaijani leading mobile operator Azercell Telecom continues to introduce innovations to provide prompt and high quality service for easier access to its services. This time the company has launched its first Azercell Express office in a new concept as demonstrated at the stand at BakuTel 2015 last week. The comfortable design and placement of various devices in open spaces are aimed to ensure customer convenience while choosing appropriate devices and phone accessories. In addition, professional personnel of the company will guide the customers in their choice of any mobile devices. Furthermore, the customers will enjoy other services at these offices. Thus, they can make payments for their phone bills, use full range of customer services and buy a new phone or a number. AzEx office in a new concept is opened from the 14th of December at 28 May Street, 33.
Azercell Telecom was the first mobile operator among CIS countries to introduce such services to its subscribers by launching the first Azercell Express office in Baku on August 27, 2004.
Constantly expanding its network and coverage, Azercell now has 15 Express offices operating in Baku and 35 in the regions. In addition, the company has 4 Customer Service centers in Baku and 6 in the regions. In general, AzEx offices in Azerbaijan have reached 50 in number. In addition, Azercell provides customer centers at Asan-1, Asan-2, Asan-3 service centers, as well as at the service centers for Taxpayers under the Ministry of Taxes.
Azercell will further continue to increase the number of its Express offices in the new concept all over the country in order to provide all customers with prompt and top quality services.
