Azeristiliktajhizat started repaying debt for supplied gas to SOCAR
Till the end of 2015 Azeristiliktajhizat open-type joint stock company (SJC) (state heat operator) will pay Azerigas (SOCAR’s gas distribution company) 5 million AZN as repayment of the debt for natural gas purchased last year, Akper Hajiyev, Azerigas President, told journalists.
“In 2015 Azerigas sold natural gas worth 13 million AZN to Azeristiliktajhizat. Total debt of Azeristiliktajhizat to Azerigas for this year is about 8.4 million AZN, of which 3 million AZN has been already paid and 5 million AZN will be paid till the end of December,” Hajiyev added.
He also said that the issue of repayment of the debt to Azerigas for gas purchased between 2011 and 2014 has been fully solved with Azeristiliktajhizat. We have worked out the schedule of the debt repayment and natural gas supply to all boiler houses of the company has been ensued,” Hajiyev added.
Total debt of Azeristiliktahjiizat to Azerigas is 43 million AZN, of which 33.5 million was accumulated between 2011 and 2015.—0—
