Aztelecom against JSC Bakyelektrikshebeke
The Supreme Court of Azerbaijan will consider a lawsuit by the Technical Pathways Site of the production association Aztelecom against JSC Bakyelektrikshebeke.
According to the legal information portal femida.az, the subject of the claim is the destruction of by energy workers (without authorization and documentation) of the protective band of the communication cable. In fact there is a third party - an investment LLC Bayholding Investment Limited.
Baku Administrative Economic Court No 1 partially granted the complaint of the signalers, which was also agreed to by the Court of Appeal.
If the Supreme Court of Azerbaijan upholds the decisions of the courts referred to, Bakyelektrikshebeke will demolish the transformer station built illegally and restore the cable at its own expense. - 17D-
