AzTV�s Cooperation with One-day Companies Continues

Baku / 18.08.17 / Turan: The state TV and radio company AzTV CJSC disclosed the results of several tenders for procurement of goods, works and services. In some of them, as it turned out, one-day companies were announced the winners.

TV-Media Azerbaijan LLC was established on February 3, 2017. However, on February 23, the company signed a contract with AzTV for the artistic design of the programs. The cost of the contract was 49,000 manats. The tender commission"s representative, an employee of the accounting department Ilham Mirzaliyev explained this by the fact that the employees of this company have high professional training. "The company has fully completed the work envisaged by the agreement and the parties signed a protocol on their acceptance and delivery."

The Business Elite and Integral-KS companies won two tenders. These companies, according to AzTV, supplied AzTV and Radio household goods (42,000 883 manats) and cartridges (49,425 manats). Both companies were established in the village of Girdeni, Lankaran region in December 2016. According to the Ministry of Taxes, when creating these companies, Jabrail Hasanov was the head of both. Now the Director of these companies is Natig Gasimov.

The company Mercator Incorporated was established in the village of Basgal, Ismayilli region in March 2016, and the only of his business activities publicly known is the supply of electrical goods in the amount of 49,590 manats to AzTV. There is also no information about Energy Test Service LLC, which signed an agreement with Azerbaijan"s state TV company to conduct experimental-inspection works for 11,760 manats this year. In the register of the State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Patent there is no information on the accreditation of this company.

Media experts previously accused the management of the state TV company of stealing multi-million dollar funds from the state budget through fake companies, and it came to trial (http://www.moderator.az/news/126607.html). ----08B
