Bahar and Gum Deniz fields have one operator
Bahar Energy Limited operation company developing oil and gas bloc, which includes Bahar and Gum Deniz fields in the Azeri sector of the Caspian Sea, now have one operator – US Greenfields Petroleum company.
The US company has signed a contract with the shutdown company Baghlan Group to buy 66.6% share in the Bahar Energy Limited operation company.
The deal is expected to be closed within coming three months. As soon as the deal is closed, Greenfields Petroleum will become the only shareholder of Bahar Energy Limited operating company.—0—
