JSC Bank BTB with a registered capital of 44.84 million manat received a banking license in April 2010. The shareholders are three individuals.
The supervisory board includes three people, one of which is Hafiz Mammadov (Chairman of Baglan Group FZCO, the president of several financial institutions and the football club Baku).
