Bank BTB Brings Authorized Capital to Required Level
The State Securities Committee (SSC) registered the additional issue of shares of Bank BTB.
According to the documents, the management of the financial structure intends to increase its charter capital by 11.5% - up to 50 million manat.
The provided aggregate amount of additional securities issue is 5,160,000 manat, divided into 5 160 shares with a nominal value of 1 thousand AZN each.
JSC Bank BTB with a registered capital of 44.84 million manat received a banking license in April 2010. The shareholders are three individuals.
The supervisory board includes three people, one of which is Hafiz Mammadov (Chairman of Baglan Group FZCO, the president of several financial institutions and the football club Baku). Besides him, the structure represents the notary of the 29th notary office Jeyhun Pashaly and the head of the supervisory board of VTB Asim Salamov. --17D-
