Bank BTB Brings Authorized Capital up to 50 Million Manat
JSC Bank BTB decided to bring the authorized capital up to 50 million manat in accordance with the requirements of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.
As stated in the Baku Stock Exchange (a space for redemption), an additional issue of shares totaling 5.16 million AZN was placed yesterday. There are 5,160 shares with a par value of 1,000 AZN each.
Thus, the share capital of this body will increase by 11.5%.
Shares of Bank BTB are included in non-quotation list of BSE. Underwriter of the shares of the bank under the additional issue is OJSC Unicapital. --17D-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
